Rob helped us buy a home in Ohio in 2020, and then he sold that same home in 2025 when the company relocated us out of state. From the start, Rob told us what to expect and when. He and his team did such an amazing job listing our home that it was under contract within 12 hours of the listing going live. Beyond the home going under contract, Rob and his team worked dilligently to ensure the closing happened with little to no unexpected chaos. Initially we were not sure which realty company and/or agent in helping us to sell our home. After all that is a lot of commission to pay out living in such a high demand area.
