Kandis’ love for her family, coupled with her passion for serving others is what makes her the ideal real estate consultant. She brings a valuable perspective on finding the right place to call home and prides herself in delivering exceptional service to her clients.
Kandis was born and raised in a small-town east of Columbus where the importance of community and strong work ethic were instilled at an early age. Kandis, alongside her husband and son, moved to New Albany in 2017 to be close to friends and family.
After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University, Kandis began a career in healthcare for OhioHealth and The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center where she found her passion for helping others. Her husband, Joshua, is a graduate of Capital Law School and practices in Central Ohio Courts as a defense attorney. Kandis played an integral role in operating her husband’s practice and brings forth years of experience in managing client communication and negotiations.
When not helping her client’s buy and sell homes, you can find Kandis and her family cycling together around the community. Kandis also enjoys coaching her son’s soccer team, fishing and boating on the Hoover Reservoir.
