Getting an “instant” home value is appealing, but there’s a cost to that approach. Instant doesn’t mean accurate. The information we use to calculate your home isn’t available to us or you at the push of a button.

We do not rely on an algorithm or other generalized data about your home. We use our proven experience, up-to-date MLS data, and your home’s unique location, features, and many other important factors that can increase/decrease your home’s value that are not included in an algorithm.
