We have been so happy working with Andrea! This has been a long process for us as we weren’t quite sure where we wanted to be and what type of house we wanted to buy. Andrea showed infinite patience and always responded to any question promptly! She helped us negotiate through a change of mind purchase and was with us every step of the way until we closed on our new house! We can’t thank her enough for aiding us through this process.

We just moved to Columbus and it was a wild time looking for a house, while trying to get to know the city, going on vacation that was planned before we knew we were moving, new job and finding schools for our kids. Kandis has been very patient as we navigate this change and worked with us, including helping us to view/ inspection while not being in the country! Technology has been great. Kandis is also very responsive, more so than I can ever be so I am glad she didn’t give up on us. While she cannot always be there with us, she still checks in after going through houses with her assistant, Ashley (who is very very sweet and nice). We finally closed on a house yesterday and glad the search is over. Grateful for her honesty and her diligence in helping us find our new home that is good for us and within our price range. We also appreciate our closing manager, Andrea who has been very helpful in ensuring all things happen, so we can close on the house accordingly. Overall, great group. 😀

I just went through the process of buying my first home. I went into the process nervous and not knowing what to expect. I reached out to Thomas Riddle and connected with Andrea Iacovetta. Andrea eased all of my worry. If I had a question she was right on top of it. Communication was very high and I never felt more taken care of as we walked through this process. Selling a home with New Albany Realty and Rob Riddle (and team) was a 10/10 experience! We reached out to Rob about four months prior to listing our home because their marketing has always been so impressive. Rob was so knowledgable and helpful as he helped us prepare our home for list. The in house marketing team did a fantastic job of photographing and prepping materials for our listing and showings. Once we went live on listing, Rob and his team communicated with us what to expect and how the showings would go. We actually left town for a few days and the team showed our home over 40 times, including two open houses over the course of 2 and half days. It was incredible! Just 24 hours in, we were deciding with Rob which offer would be our best to accept. Once we were in contract, Andrea from his closing team was incredible in helping us navigate the closing process and communicating with our sellers. We closed seamlessly in 30 days and we have literally never had the sale of our house go more smoothly or quickly! A massive congrats to the entire NA Realty team for an absolute home run in selling our home!
