Andrea is a lifelong resident of Columbus and New Albany, proudly serving the Central Ohio community since earning her Real Estate License in 2000. She joined the Thomas|Riddle Real Estate Group in 2002 and has been a cornerstone of the team ever since. As the leader of client experience and transaction coordination, Andrea ensures every buyer and seller enjoys a smooth and stress-free journey from contract to close. She’s also a certified Notary Public and is known for her strong communication, organization, and people skills.
A natural self-starter, Andrea thrives on building relationships and helping others. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active through running and working out, going to concerts, coaching her daughter’s cheer squad, and spending time outdoors. She’s the proud Mom of three amazing kids, two who are proud New Albany High School grads and a fun-loving 5th grader currently at New Albany Intermediate. They keep her constantly inspired and on her toes!
Before touring homes, we’ll walk through a simple agreement together that outlines how we’ll work on your behalf. It’s designed to be flexible, transparent, and fully tailored to your comfort level. Agreements can be exclusive (one agent only) or non-exclusive and often last 3-6 months, though terms are negotiable.
