We just moved to Columbus and it was a wild time looking for a house, while trying to get to know the city, going on vacation that was planned before we knew we were moving, new job and finding schools for our kids. Kandis has been very patient as we navigate this change and worked with us, including helping us to view/ inspection while not being in the country! Technology has been great. Kandis is also very responsive, more so than I can ever be so I am glad she didn’t give up on us. While she cannot always be there with us, she still checks in after going through houses with her assistant, Ashley (who is very very sweet and nice). We finally closed on a house yesterday and glad the search is over. Grateful for her honesty and her diligence in helping us find our new home that is good for us and within our price range. We also appreciate our closing manager, Andrea who has been very helpful in ensuring all things happen, so we can close on the house accordingly. Overall, great group. 😀
