My passion for, and professional experience with real estate, was ignited in Pittsburgh I renovated and sold homes in the historic Edgewood neighborhood. I’m happy to be back in Central Ohio and to call New Albany home, creating the opportunity for my kids to grow up surrounded by family. When I’m not connecting with clients you’ll find me around New Albany with a coffee-in-hand strolling along many miles of leisure trails, finding a moment of balance in the neighborhood yoga studio, or cheering on my three Columbus Academy Viking student-athletes at courts, fields, and pools throughout the community.

Once again we have received 5 star service from Erin Spalding and the whole Thomas Riddle team. This is our third real estate transition with Erin and her team. We were able to purchase our dream home, under ask and avoid multiple buyers. Her knowledge of the NA area is unmatched. Erin and her team made sure we knew what to expect during every point of the process and helped us stay on top of all the different deadlines. They even send out a helpful email to help you switch over the utilities.
