Licensed Real Estate Agent (Full-Time)

We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time licensed Real Estate Agent who values precision, discretion, and client stewardship. This role is designed for an agent who wants to operate at a high level—supported by experienced professionals, refined systems, and a brand built on trust and local authority.

Our model is intentionally structured so our agents can focus on what they do best: advising clients, building relationships, and protecting their position—while our in-house team manages the execution.

Licensed Real Estate Assistant (Part Time) Kandis Hall

I’m looking for a licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate professional who wants hands-on experience inside a high-producing business before stepping fully into an independent agent role.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how real estate actually works—from contracts and client communication to listings, negotiations, and execution—while being supported by proven systems and a full in-house team.

You won’t be on an island here. You’ll be learning alongside me and gaining exposure to:
• Transaction flow from contract to close
• Listing preparation, pricing, and launch
• Client communication and relationship management
• Day-to-day operations of a growing real estate business
• How a professional advisory platform functions at scale
