Boy did we learn that the New Albany Realty team of Natasha and Rob was more that worth having on my team. There were 2 major reasons why we are not sure we would have made it through this process without them. First, due to the time of the year and our flexibility the team advised us on "presale" process which may help us in getting best value for our home.
