The East Nine development, or ‘Bridgwater’ as it has now come to be named, is located within the highly acclaimed New Albany Country Club and will feature 37 residences on lots ranging from 0.3 acres to nearly 1.5 acres. Most homes in the community will back to the New Albany Country Club golf course, designed by Jack Nicholaus. Homes will range from 3,000 square feet and up depending on the customer. Estimated lot prices are expected to be between $275,000 and $750,000 and will be available for purchase beginning in May of 2022
